NPC PROBES ALLEGED DATA LEAK INVOLVING G-CASH OPERATOR The National Privacy Commission (NPC) announced on Monday that it has launched an investigation into an alleged data leak involving GCash operator G-Xchange, Inc. It has also issued a notice to explain to G-Xchange, Inc. in connection with the incident. Amid this, the NPC urged the public to remain vigilant with their GCash accounts following reports of data leaks. “Should the investigation confirm that the personal data of GCash users have
